Mentors

Mentors have a duty to live and teach universally accepted principles of right and wrong, or morality to future leaders. Here at Operation Wisdom Swap, we provide opportunities to help youth grow and to build up their community.

Mentors at OWS will introduce high-school students to real-world experience and help them gain valuable skills as they transition into adulthood. Our OWS areas of focus will provide exposure of varied fields of endeavor and give youth a taste of the workplace. Mentors maintain a quality environment where safety and appropriate skills are learned.
