Operation Wisdom Swap provides hands-on learning to teach youth vocational and business skills.

Operation Wisdom Swap will enable the wisdom of the past and present to distill upon the hearts and minds of the youth and blend with their energy to shine onto the future. Youth are taught by mentors who have a trade or practice to pass on to the next generation of workers.  Experienced mentors share their work knowledge that can’t be taught in a classroom or translated to a computer.
